Derrick Duke

Derrick Duke serves as eHealth's Chief Executive Officer and member of our Board of Directors as of September 2025. Mr. Duke most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Magellan Health, a national healthcare management organization and subsidiary of Centene Corporation. During his tenure at Magellan, he also held dual roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing finance, business transformation, and behavioral health clinical services. Prior to Magellan, Mr. Duke spent nearly 16 years at HealthMarkets, one of the largest U.S. health insurance agencies, where he held senior leadership positions including Chief Investment Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. He played a key role in guiding HealthMarkets through its acquisition by UnitedHealth Group. Mr. Duke holds over three decades of strategic leadership and financial expertise in the health insurance and managed care sectors. He brings a proven track record of operational excellence, financial discipline, and transformative leadership across complex healthcare organizations.
